Your one-hour trail riding experience begins with your group getting everyone mounted before our guide gives riding instructions. After that, you'll be guided on one of our trail routes that will include the forest and some of our open fields. There is an abundance of scenery and potentially wildlife to see, as well as the variations provided by the changing seasons.
Trail Ride Booking Steps
- 1Email us at [email protected] with your preferred date and number of riders. We will reply with available trail ride times.
- 2Once your ride has been tentatively booked, head to our website and complete one waiver for your booking/group.
- 3Send your e-transfer to [email protected] to complete your reservation.
Please note: Your trail ride is not fully confirmed until the required waiver and payment have been received.
What to know before you ride
- Payment for any service can be sent by eTransfer to [email protected]
- Fill out the form on our Waiver page for everyone in your group.
- All rides must be booked at least 2 days in advance by email.
- To secure your spot, waiver and e-transfer must be sent within 24 hours.
- Riders must arrive ½ hour before their booked trail time.
- Helmets must be worn by anyone under the age of 18 but are recommended for everyone.
- If riders need to cancel, please let us know 24 hours in advance. We will rebook your ride to a new date or give you a gift certificate. NO refunds will be issued.
- Riders must be 4+ years of age.
- Weight limit of 230 lbs. per rider, for safety of horse and rider.
- Riders need to mount and dismount independently using the mounting block (in case emergency dismount is needed).
- No bags or purses on the trail, please leave in your vehicle.
- Please wear long pants and closed toed shoes.
- Please dress warmly for the weather. Toques fit best under your helmet; gloves are recommended on colder days.
- Our professional guides look forward to riding with you and your friends.

Western Riding Club — WRC
Join our Youth Program for a full day of learning AND riding.
Between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. you will be coached in:
- Brushing and Grooming
- Tacking and Saddling
- Working with the Horse from the ground; managing safety working around large animals, leading & tying.
- Two 1-hour group rides.
- Feeding and Care
- Two 1-hour trail rides
